The 20% Rule All Network Maketing And MLM Reps Should Know About

Are top producers in Network Marketing and MLM companies really earning 6 and 7 figure incomes per year?   If so, the questions struggling MLM and Network Marketing reps want to know are, how are the top producers doing it and what makes them so different?  In this article, you are going to become privy to the answers to the questions above and learn the steps you will want to take in order to position yourself to get similar results.   For 5 years, I have been a full time Network Marketer. Not only have I  had the privilege of interviewing several top producers,   I personally have been a top producer in several companies myself!  Now, I make a living teaching marketing strategies to thousands of students  every day.  Due to this experience, the one distinction I have discovered  about the top income earners in this industry, is that they understand  the 20% rule.

So you may be asking what is the 20% rule?  Let me give you an example that I believe will help you understand how this works.  If you were running a major sports franchise and your organization was the best;your job as the owner of that company would be to develop top talent no matter how successful or good your organization is at the time.  It would be important for you to continue to scout new talent, communicate with your best players and position your weaker players to get better.  You would need to look out for new philosophies and systems that would help your organization run like a well oiled machine.  If you were to do this consistently over time, top talent from other teams would want to work with you. Not only because of your current success, but because of all of the other value you provide.

You see, the 20% rule states that only 20% of the individuals you bring into your business will actually produce results.  In fact 60% of the people who actually join your business will quit.  20% of your organization will try to figure things out, but will not take enough actionget results.  This leaves you with the final 20%; which are going to be the individuals who  become a force in your organization.
One of the major mistakes that Network Marketing and MLM reps make is they build a business that typically consists of friends and family members.  Shortly after they do this, they quit working the business. The individuals they  brought in will quit because they don’t have any family members left to recruit because they were already brought in by the 1st family member.  In short, the key element to remember is to never stop building your business. It is critical to recognize the 20% group of top producers you have in your organization and work with them.  When you are able to do this, your team will start to grow and go viral.  Develop systems that create duplication and more people will want to join your team without you ever having to ask.

The top network marketing and MLM reps all have one thing in common;  they are all master markers, students of personal development and  actively strive to work together with other top producers.  If you want in the club, you must produce results.  This typically means you must help others along the way. With the internet and training options available to everyone who wants it, those who take action have a huge advantage over their competition.  If you are looking to learn how to build a marketing system, sponsor more 20%’ers  who produce and become a 6 and 7 figure earners.  Websites like NetDivvy is a great place to start.  In today’s economy people are turning to the internet to make money.  Make sure you are the person who can teach them how to have success.  All you have to do is take action
