In this article I will attempt to give you what I believe are the 3 best Mandatory steps needed to grow any business into an enterprise. These 3 steps of success based off of my 4 years of working experience as a full time home business entrepreneur which has allowed me to build 4 different companies into successful businesses all utilizing the internet.
It is important to note that, most articles simply list a bunch of thought processes and pep talk speeches that leave you feeling good but with little actual steps that you need to actually help you reach your end goal.
Step 1: Research Your Niche
Research the niche that you are interested in the most. Write down a list of a least 3 of your competitors in your niche. Study their compensation plan, products, top producers and owners. Compare all of these categories to make sure you have made the right choice in company. Once you decide that this company is for you….COMMIT TO IT FOR AT LEAST 1 YEAR.
Step 2: Find A Mentor
Find a mentor fast. Don’t try to reinvent the wheel. There is no need to do that. Find a leader, this does not have to be a person who is a top producer in the company although that helps. What you are looking for is a person who can help you in your growth as a leader and a person that has a system in place. Before you pick a mentor, follow them for a few weeks. Attend a few webinars that they do. If they are the type of leader that you want to be and want to follow, invest in yourself and ask them for 1 on 1 coaching.
Step 3: Speed Of Implementation
Take fast and swift action. Its all about the speed of implementation. Don’t wait, just do. This should not be difficult if you followed steps 1 and 2 correctly.
In closing, I want you to think about the most successful person you know. Do you think they researched their company? Do you think they have a mentor? So you think they wait around or simply implement the things they learn fast? So why shouldn’t you.
There are two types of people in the world, people who “DO” And people who “Want”. Doers don’t worry about how much money other people have or make, they simply do it for themselves. People who want, say how much have you made…? or let me see a pay stub, as if that is going to make them more money.
If you want to make money, you can do it, and following these 3 mandatory steps has been my ace in the whole and if you follow these steps you will get great results as well.
