Is The All Solution Network a Scam Or A Money Maker?  This is an unbiased review of the All Solutions Network,  a  concerning a make money for home opportunity.  As with any MLM offer or system I review, I always want to be as transparent as possible with nothing hidden when it comes to legitimate ways to work from home.

All Solutions Network Or ASN is a pay-per-action membership program run by internet marketer Bruce Castro that pays its members for engaging in several different activities. This program works with companies to offer products and services to members at a discount, and when members purchase through the site they can earn points that go toward earning cash. There are also free activities that members can participate in to earn credits, and a referral system so that people can earn from the people and make money as well. That means earnings from up to 10 people deep.

Even though I say ASN is free, that is a little misleading? You get points for filling out questionnaires, getting insurance quotes and lots of other activities but to make lots of money you need to shop on line at places like Amazon.com, Wal-Mart, Sears, and many more. When you look over the opportunities, it does seem that the majority of ways to earn points is by spending money with the various participating companies. The money you spend can be as little as a shipping and handling fee for a trial product or service, or as much as hundreds of dollars for a major department store purchases. If you are already shopping on line then why not get paid for doing it.

That being said, since this is a review, let’s talk about the negatives. The website design is not very good and it takes a bit to get used to. On my computer it is not even in the middle of the screen. However, it is not difficult (just needs a bit of time and getting used to) and most of us who do their shopping on line usually already know what we want and where to get it.

In conclusion, there are minor issues but if you shop on line some and will follow the system, All Solutions Network is a legitimate way of making money on line. You do need to follow the system and teach those who you refer how to follow it as well. Lose Weight Fast with Self Control.

Lose weight fast with self control. Self control is key to losing weight and keeping it off. We are not talking about a diet here, we’re talking about permanent change in the way we eat,and also in the mental image we hold of ourselves. Overeating can be controlled and we are going to explore ways to do that here.

The first thing we need to do is set a plan of action to accomplish our goal. How much weight do we want to lose and what are we willing to do to lose it. You can lose weight by just eating less. If you burn more calories than you consume you will lose weight. There is a trade off though, you need energy to function properly and you get energy from your food, so it is important to eat the right things and in balance. Eat lots of fresh vegetables especially the bright colored ones like red and green peppers, zucchini , and sweet potatoes.

Lose weight fast with self control means when you eat, sit at the table (not in front of the TV and think about what you are eating and enjoy each bite. Put your fork down between bites and chew your food. Your brain will let you know when you are full if you take your time and give it time to work. at smaller portions and make sure you have balance. Fruits, vegetables, Calcium rich foods and lots of lean protein.

Drink plenty of water. Water helps keep you hydrated and you will not be as hungry. Remember, except in extremes, hunger is an urge and will go away whether you eat or not. It doesn’t hurt to have healthy snacks around such as celery, carrots, hummus, and low fat yogurt. That way, if you have to eat something, you can eat a healthy snack.

To lose weight fast, learn to control yourself by having someone for support. Someone who is sympathetic to what you are trying to do and will come to help if needed, or someone you can just talk to and distract you from overeating. Exercise when ever possible and remember you can do this, just keep going.

Dating Tips Review and Lovemaking Resources

This is a dating tips review and lovemaking resource. Have you lost the passion in your relationship? Is your love making starting to wane and the thrill is gone? One of the biggest challenges couples in long-term relationships face is trying to keep their lovemaking red, hot and steamy. Early on in a relationship, the passion of your lovemaking is always unforgettable; but, as that initial magic fades, it becomes harder to make things exciting. Recently, I was introduced to a book called “500 Lovemaking Tips and Secrets” by acclaimed author Michael Webb, the right book to bring back the fire? Here are some thoughts and ideas on the book.

The book begins with a general knowledge and understanding of lovemaking, briefly discussing topics like bedroom toys, adult films, the importance of romance for lovemaking, and interesting truths about Kama Sutra. There is a section on dating tips for men and also dating tips for women. It also contains a lubrication guide and 16 fully illustrated lovemaking positions in the back of the book. These are all nice touches, but the main attraction and bulk of the book is the 500+ tips, dating tips review and love making resources.

The one thing I really like about this book is you can open the book anywhere and get great ideas on how to jazz up your love life with easy to follow ideas and suggestions explained so they require very little thinking. You read and get right to what Michael Webb had in mind. This is a big plus when you’re just about to make love spur-of-the-moment and you want some ideas.

There are a total of 539 different tips in the book that range from oral sex tips for both men and women, foreplay games to excite your partner before you start and intercourse ideas to make the pleasure greater for both partners. While some of the tips were kind of lame, there are enough really good ones to get your imagination working and surprise your partner with something stimulating and exciting.

The thing I liked most about “500 Love Making Tips and Secrets is that is not obscene. There are some graphic pictures and illustrations but they are not raunchy or degrading in any way. I do recommend that you skim through the tips because they are all mixed together, which can get a little overwhelming.

To summarize while not all the tips in the book amazed me and I would have been nice to see some more ‘games’, it’s still the most complete book of tips and ideas on improving lovemaking I’ve ever read. Nothing else comes close. All in all, I found it very enjoyable to read and use :) So if you want to make your lovemaking exciting again or even if you just want some tips for more pleasure, then I highly recommend this book for you.

Losing Weight, How Do I Change Eating Habits.

Lets talk today about ways to lose weight.  So how do we do that? We need to set short and long term goals. How much do you want to lose over the long term and how much do you want to lose this week. Be realistic don’t try to lose to much and get discouraged. Make changes in your eating habits and start with something easy. When I started I gave up salt and beer. Two of my favorite things, but salt helps your retain water and beer, well it is just fat around the middle.

Tell yourself to eat until you’re satisfied not until you are stuffed Eat at the table and not in front of the TV, and eat slowly. Put your fork down with each bite. You will start feeling  full and then stop. We are taught to clean our plates well I am telling you not to. Stop when you are full. One other thing, is to drink a glass of water before the meal it will help fill you up so you do eat two much. Here are few other tips:

  • Eat more fruit and vegetable especially green vegetables, whole grains and low fat dairy products
  • Drink Diet sodas or artificially sweetened drinks instead of Sugar sweeten drinks.
  • Drink 8 glasses of water a day.
  • get rid of junk foods that are high in calories, fat and sugar. If  they are not available you will not be tempted.
  • have healthy snacks, like carrots and celery with fat free dip available.
  • Broil, bake, steam or grill your foods instead of frying them.
  • Close leans cuts of meat.
  • Plan your meals and snacks ahead.
  • Avoid Alcohol

I know this sound like a lot but believe me it is truly worth it. You will definitely feel better and have lots more energy. Changing your lifestyle will make you lots healthier and a lot happier with yourself if you maybe want to cheat a little and learn how to burn fat faster GO HERE NOW

How to Lose Weight Now….My Ideas!

Hello!  This is going to be my blog How to Lose Weight Now and  about a journey from fat and unhealthy to having a body that is healthy and lean. How we get there will be a fascinating trip full of tough decisions and lots of sacrifice. When said like that, it sounds like it will not be fun, but I really don’t think that will be the case. It does not have to be unpleasant at all. If we work at it together and learn the right ways to go about it, we can have a lot of fun and definitely make ourselves feel better and have more energy.

Four weeks ago I was a 66 year old fat boy who would eat anything and sit around and not do anything to help myself. At 255 I could not even bend down to tie my shoes without getting winded. Now 4 weeks later I am down to 240, eating healthy and exercising once a day and most importantly I feel so much better and I don’t fall asleep in my chair every night. I am also down 2 pants sizes in just 1 month, incredible.
