Hello! This is going to be my blog How to Lose Weight Now and about a journey from fat and unhealthy to having a body that is healthy and lean. How we get there will be a fascinating trip full of tough decisions and lots of sacrifice. When said like that, it sounds like it will not be fun, but I really don’t think that will be the case. It does not have to be unpleasant at all. If we work at it together and learn the right ways to go about it, we can have a lot of fun and definitely make ourselves feel better and have more energy.
First and foremost, this is blog is not about dieting. This is How to Lose Weight now, a complete lifestyle change from eating things that are unhealthy to finding foods that help our body burn fat (calories) more efficiently. There will also be some tips about exercise and things we can to do every day to help get the fat burning started.
Four weeks ago I was a 66 year old fat boy who would eat anything and sit around and not do anything to help myself. At 255 I could not even bend down to tie my shoes without getting winded. Now 4 weeks later I am down to 240, eating healthy and exercising once a day and most importantly I feel so much better and I don’t fall asleep in my chair every night. I am also down 2 pants sizes in just 1 month, incredible.
