    Personal Development is one of the critical elements leading to success in your business and in life period. My years of experience in the study of what has people turned on and what has them turned off allows me an insight into dealing with relationships as well.

    The advice I would give anyone getting started in business or a relationship is the following:

    (1) Find a good mentor.
    (2) Become a student of personal development and life.
    (3) Always be a student no matter how successful you become.
    (4) Offer as much value to the world as possible and be sure to share your strategies with others.
    (5) Remember it’s a marathon and not a race.
    (6) Always have FUN!
    (7) Apply the 3 “A”s with your personal and business relationships always: Always be ‘A’ttentive, Always be ‘A’ppreciative, and Always be ‘A’ffectionate.

    Stick to the above list and you will have success personally and in business.
