With the speed of Technology things move very fast in this time and age . Businesses need to stay competitive and up to date with technology . Around 1995 Companies realize they needed to have a website. Having a website for a business was the first big thing. You had to have a website to show people the things your business had for them.

 

 

But those same websites don’t look so good on mobile phones. So now business have to make another change to be competitive.  It is now 2012 and by 2014 more people will be using mobile phones than PC’s to get online. To compare a regular PC website and a mobile website they are very different. If you try to pull up a page on the I-phone or android the regular website takes a while to load and the lettering is small and you have to zoom in and zoom out to read the type. To be able to look at a menu from your favorite restaurant becomes lot easier.

It was found by a marketing manager for Google Mobile Ads that as early as 2011 that only 21% of businesses have launch a mobile site. Today   I’am sitting here looking at a company name Comf5 and Netdivvy.  They seem to be two very strong companies.  But today I wanna talk about the training that you can get from both.  And  how to make it work for you as an Entrepreneur.

 

Being an entrepreneur already has many road  blocks.  But to understand these two Companies you have to look at their training once you become involved.  There is nothing worse then buying into a business and being left alone on an Island and not knowing what your next move is going to be with out making a mistake. People will learn from you if you teach them. But words will only get you so far. You can increase your Influence by adding good examples to your good counsel. We should all set out to build a long term ability to lead by combining words and action into powerful force for influence.

To lead by example be willing to do the work and let people see you doing that work not just the results it produces. If your team members never watch you work how can they learn from your example. Consider these questions, Do you consider yourself a good example? Why ? In what way can you become a better example to others ? How closely are you taking your own advice ? are you living what you expct from others?

How do you stay Focus when building an Empire. The Empire I’am talking about is Netdivvy and your Primary Business TOGETHER. Building these business takes a lot of focus and the will to win. We all have busy lives family,jobs,kids and life itself and building it takes great focus. If you want the fruit it has at the end.
Sometimes it is hard to stay focus. We have a lot of weak people. People that want quick fixes, could that be you. A lot of them don’t want to work for the ultimate goal of success. They don’t study,fellow the super stars who have set the road before them. They look at Successful People and think it just happen over night and most will say that they work hard and sacrifice . Would you sacrifice everything to be successful think about it.
To stay focus when building this unique business. You have to have well defined goals,Prioritise Constantly,Tracking Progress Vigorously . You also need to Plan Ahead without Fail and also you need to Remove Distraction as best you can which is not always easy because there are always as we say the big word call Distraction. You have to always keep a clear result in mind or on your mirror or wall or car.
You always hear about a guy or female that try and try to make a success out of a lot of things. But because of one or more of the things I discuss they fail but ultimately brake throught to be successful. Colonel Sanders was in his late years when he became successful. Henry Ford fail five times before getting focus and becoming successful. Walt Disney was another who had a lot of fail businesses before getting focus and building his empire.
So as you can see, you can be focus and be successful in any business and build a empire when you fellow certain guide lines. First you have to have WELL DEFINED GOALS,YOU MUST HAVE A CLEAR VISION IN YOUR MIND. YOU HAVE TO PRIORITISE AND PLAN AHEAD to get where you want to be and where you want your empire to be.ause it means your business will not grow unless you get focus real focus laser focus and put in the time and hard work to do so. SO IS THERE ANY ONE WILLIING TO BE THAT GUY OR GAL !
